Caitlin is a Yoga Sports CoachTM and has been teaching yoga to individuals, small groups and sporting teams since 2012. She is big on promoting functional movement and believes all athletes can benefit from integrating yoga into their training program. Caitlin’s yoga coaching combines modern sports science approaches with the science of yoga to assist athletes improve performance through more efficient movement, breathing techniques, dynamic body control, recovery strategies and injury prevention.

Caitlin integrates yoga into the training programs of the Wests Tigers and Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs. She has previously worked with the NSW Swifts and Queensland Maroons. Caitlin also provides virtual yoga sessions at conferences and to workplaces.
