Caitlin is a Yoga Sports Coach who has been coaching functional yoga to sporting teams, small groups and individuals since 2012. She completed her Level 1 and Level 2 qualifications with Byron Yoga Centre, before becoming a Yoga Sports Coach through the Institute of Yoga Sports Science. Also trained as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, Caitlin combines modern sports science approaches with the science of yoga to help athletes improve physical performance, boost focus and concentration and prevent injury. Caitlin integrates functional yoga into the training programs of Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs and Wests Tigers NRL teams, and has previously worked with Queensland Maroons, NSW Swifts and individual athletes.
