Yoga

Caitlin has been teaching yoga to individuals, small groups and sporting teams for eight years. She believes all athletes can benefit from implementing yoga into their training program and combines modern sports science approaches with the science of yoga to help athletes improve performance and prevent injury. Caitlin integrates yoga into the training programs of the NSW Swifts. Queensland Maroons, Wests Tigers and additional NRL players.
