We all spend too much time sitting sedentary at our desks. While you might not always have time to leave your desk for a lunchtime run or workout, the good news is you can do a short stretch session without having to step away from your desk. In just 15 minutes, you can release tight hips and shoulders and revitalise your mind all without having to leave your chair.
