I don’t about you, but all these hours spent sitting at home during lockdown has got my hips feeling pretty tight. Each day during lockdown, I flow through a functional yoga session to help keep my hips stable and mobile. I just flow through however I like to on the day. This particular session I decided to film it and share it with you so you can do it at home too.
